3-on-3 basketball tournament
Teams can consist of three, four, or five players. Please include all players' first and last names, ages, and skill levels (either "Elite" or "Amateur"). A player is considered Elite if s/he played college or professional ball. If you are/were amazing in high school or you compete with serious players several times a week, use your best judgement in the spirit of a charity tournament.
*As explained on the Rules page, teams may have a maximum of two Elite players.
